Technical Services Engineering, 2D / 3D design and other activities related to advising multidisciplinary level in various industries, (Offshore/Onshore), gas, nuclear and petrochemical.

• Coordinates with other discipline Lead Engineers / Design.

• Managers to ensure correct implementation of the project requirements, space management of project 3D CAD model and associated layouts.

• Plot plan design and work processes for the smooth production of project deliverables, particularly from the 3D CAD model.

• Ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the design work to meet project objectives laid down by the Project Manager.

• Responsible for obtaining the necessary project resources in conjunction with the Project Manager. Responsible for all Designer activities within the instrumentation and control Department.

• Layout of PLC equipment and wiring diagrams, including digital and analogy circuits Creating Bills of Material and choosing components for specific applications Constructing Input/output (I/O) lists.

• Design Details or installation of assemblies for instruments.

• F&G, I&Control and Telecom. Equipment’s (Modelling and Layout).

• Creating and verifying As-Built and As-Installed drawings.

• Conduit, cable tray, power and control cable schedules, electrical ducting, groundings Modelling.

• Onsite field, design estimation, installation and field checkout background.

• The hazardous area classification is analysed in the whole plant, integrating all equipment and system.

• Cable Tray and trench Control Room Layouts.

• Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical installation Details.

• Specifically, the following systems and equipment will be studied to define the hazardous area classification: Fuel gas system, Fuel oil system, Chemical system, HTF system, H2 system, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, Fuel oil tanks, Gasoline station, Fuel gas equipment (compressors, gas regulation and metering station…), HTF equipment (heaters, pumps, tanks…), H2 equipment, Chemicals (Ammonia).

• Cause and Effect Diagrams.

• Support Engineering Technical Assessment Instrument, Fire System Design, Memory Computing, Signal List, Instrument Index, Control System Index Signals, Materials List, Conduit and Cables list, MTO, Transmission and Measuring Instruments of Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature Data Sheets, Gas Detectors, Smoke, fire sirens, pull stations among others.

• Calculations and complex computations associated with design and drawing.

• Review, verification in order to guarantee the quality of products produced, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures related to development of the same.

• Support and clarification meetings with the client.

• Electrical details, Illumination System, Small Power, Ear thing Details, Cabling System, Miscellaneous Details, MATV System & Single Line Diagrams.

• Cable designs routing- SP3D and AVEVA PDMS.
